I love Halloween! So much so that my kids？make fun of me for my love of it. Halloween decorations go up mid-September (isn’；t it about that time？？) and there is something “；pumpkin”； cooking in the kitchen almost every week all season.outdoor cushion covers diy
Each year I love to make Halloween t-shirts for my kids. The last few years I’；ve had fun making and designing？shirts for ME to wear (who says the kids get to have all the fun). Last year it was a “；resting witch face”； t-shirt.？ My kids were only slightly embarrassed when I wore it out in public *wink*.
This year for Halloween I’；m sharing with you two free SVG files formatted for your e-cutting machine.？ I use a Cricut machine but you can use them for whatever？machine you have that will cut an SVG file.
I designed two different？versions of the “；You Say Witch Like it’；s a Bad Thing”； saying.
One is a 2 part file complete with cauldron bubbles (wouldn’；t they be so cute cut from metallic or pearlescent vinyl？) and the other is a simple text-only version.
You can use the files to make all kinds of fun things from mugs to t-shirtsunique gifts for men， pillows and more.
To make the mug you’；ll want to use a permanent？vinyl that will hold up to multiple washings.
Cricut Permanent？Premium Vinyl in Black
Cricut Permanent Premium Vinyl in Silver
Download the SVG file and upload it into Cricut Design Space. Size it as you want， then click “；attach”； for the items that should cut black. After that click “；attach”； for the items that should cut silver. Sent to the machine， cut and apply! You’；ll need to make sure you apply the silver first since the black lays on top of it.
Black Iron-On Vinyl
Above you can see the second design on a t-shirt! For the t-shirt， you’；ll need to use an iron-on vinyl. You can also find those online easily. You’；ll also need an iron， heat press or easy press to adhere the iron-on onto the t-shirt.
After you upload the SVG file into Desing Space， click “；attach”； to make sure that all of the letters cut at the same time in the same place. Remember to mirror your image before you cut.
I also think it would be adorable on a pillow or a tote bag!
To get the FREE SVG files just hop on over to？my Cricut Downloads Page.

Don’t you hate not having a seam ripper or screwdriver (or needle threader or safety pin) when you need one? I never know what tools I’ll need when I teach,?monitor,?or take classes, so I’ve gathered together some?items I need most often and put them?into a small plastic tube (about the size of a soda can). It fits easily into my project bag or suitcase, and keeps my tools from getting jumbled in with my sewing notions and supplies.
Garland bunting has taken the world of baby nursery decorating by storm for the past three years or so, but the garland trend hasn’t gotten tired yet. I hope it never does, because in the mind of this die-hard DIYer, homemade garlands and baby bunting are the ideal way for anyone (no crafty skills necessary) to customize a baby or child’s room. Why? Because making your own garland is simple, inexpensive, and doesn’t require an MFA to add a touch of your own style and heart to the place your kid rests his or her sweet head.
Love how they turned out.
